Every now and again something comes into your life that changes you in such a way that you may never be the same again. For me, that special something is Pinterest. I have so many reasons to be thankful to Pinterest today that I thought I should share them with all of you. In no particular order:
For Making Me Feel Fat on a Daily Basis:
And Then Encouraging Me To Make Fattening Foods:
For Building Up My Self-Confidence:
And Then Breaking It Down When I Don’t Get the Joke:
And Then Reminding Me How Much More Creative Everyone Else Is Than Me:
Thank You, Pinterest, For Always Reminding Me To Do My Nails. Always:
Then Reminding Me I Don’t Have Time to Paint My Nails Because I Should Be Working:
Especially If I Want To Go on One of Those Vacations Everyone Else Seems to Be Going On:
Lastly, Pinterest, thank you for giving me just one more thing that I need to keep track of now because Facebook, Google+, Twitter, tumblr, Scoop.it, StumbleUpon, Instagram, and all of the other sharing sites were leaving me just a little bit too much extra time every day.
(I know…no one ever said I had to join Pinterest. If you can’t take a joke, maybe you should go make some “Keep Calm and ….” posters or read Fifty Shades of Grey. Or paint your nails. That’s apparently what everyone else is doing these days).

Actually, Pinterest is the next Big thing in the cyber world after Twitter and Facebook. I mean how just a Picture can express and impact almost every sphere of life, Pinterest has proved it. And the proof? You!

Oh, and thank you Pinterest for making me believe I can DIY anything and everything, but failing miserable at most attempts 🙂

Oh, yes. If you see it on Pinterest, rest assured that you will not likely see it in my house because I would blow the place up or burn it down if tried to do most of that stuff.

You forgot about all the cute puppy pictures! You need a pet too!

Oh! You are right!! I should probably thank them for constantly remind my kids that I’m the mean mom who won’t let them get a puppy or kitten even though they are so gosh darn cute!
